The view from the spacious room and balcony is jaw-dropping. The owners are absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. The breakfast, though simple and the same every day, is of excellent quality. The castle-like building is beautifully decorated and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The free parking, 24-hour security, and picnic area are a huge plus. The room amenities, such as the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, are top-notch. The area offers fantastic outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and even a golf course. Cots are available for families. Lastly, the no-pets policy and no smoking on site is a great bonus for those who prefer a clean and smoke-free environment.

I absolutely adored the charming and antique atmosphere of the hotel. The elegant decoration, with its vintage furniture and beautiful artwork, transported me back in time. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. Despite its historic nature, there were no steep staircases or difficult obstacles that made it hard for me to navigate around the property.

I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of us senior guests. While they were kind, I believe they could have been more attentive and understanding of our unique requirements.
